In a tweet posted by Dale Earnhardt Jr. a few days ago, he indicates that the 1987 Buick LeSabre will be coming to iRacing next season. Said car will arrive to complete the fleet of classic NASCAR cars currently available on iRacing, the other two being the Ford Thunderbird and the Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
Need y’all’s help. With the new 1987 Buick Lesabre coming to @iracing next month, what base design should be applied? Photos in the next tweet…

This Buick model only participated in two NASCAR seasons, replacing the dominant Buick Regal. However, after those two seasons without much success, Buick would return to use the Regal model to try to achieve the successes they had previously achieved, without much success.
Although the Buick brand has not had much success in the racing world and is not as commercially recognized internationally, it is one of the flagship brands of American factories. NASCAR’s traditionalist fans will surely love the fact that the classic content continues to grow.
