2018 Season 4 Patch 1

This first patch focuses on adding and solve some features for the new Season 4 of 2018.

CHANGE LOG


iRacing BETA Interface

  • Fixed an issue that could potentially cause large stutters when driving if the Simulator was launched from the iRacing BETA Interface.

Race Control

  • Fixed an issue that could cause drivers in certain grid spots to be set as if they had lapped the field, causing black flags and other pacing issues.
    • This issue was prevalent at Knoxville Raceway.

Pit Crew

  • Fixed an issue where the Lollipop Guy could get confused about what black box checkboxes were completed at the end of a pit stop, causing him to not let you out of the pits while he taunted you with “STOP” and “GO” rapidly, until a tire was changed.
  • Specular map (shininess) roughness of gloves has been adjusted to bring out more details.

Reference Car

  • The ghostly reference car will no longer be celebrating October by blinking in and out of space and time.

CARS


Audi R8 LMS GT3

  • Brake Bias may now be adjusted in-car during events with Fixed Setups.
  • Compressor sound levels have been adjusted.

BMW Z4 GT3

  • Brake Bias may now be adjusted in-car during events with Fixed Setups.

Dirt Late Model

  • (ALL) – Maximum brake pedal force has been reduced slightly.
  • (ALL) – These cars will now incur more notable performance loss with body damage.

Dirt U.M.P. Modified

  • A LR droop chain length adjustment has been added to the garage.
  • Maximum brake pedal force has been increased.
  • Front tire tread pattern has been adjusted slightly.

Ferrari 488 GT3

  • Brake Bias may now be adjusted in-car during events with Fixed Setups.

Ferrari 488 GTE

  • Brake Bias may now be adjusted in-car during events with Fixed Setups.

Ford GT – 2017

  • Brake Bias may now be adjusted in both the Garage and in-car during events with Fixed Setups.

Ford GT GT3

  • Brake Bias may now be adjusted in-car during events with Fixed Setups.

McLaren MP4-12C GT3

  • Brake Bias may now be adjusted in-car during events with Fixed Setups.

Mercedes AMG GT3

  • Brake Bias may now be adjusted in-car during events with Fixed Setups.

Nissan GTP ZXT

  • Fixed a bug where the intake pressure needle gauge was not correctly reading in units of inches of Mercury (in Hg).

Porsche 911 RSR

  • Brake Bias may now be adjusted in-car during events with Fixed Setups.
  • Fixed an issue where the brake lights would not appear correct after the vehicle had taken damage.

Radical SR8

  • Fixed an issue where the digital display was not lighting up properly at night tracks.

  • (Moto) – Missing pit lines have been added to this track configuration.
