Bohemia Interactive is bringing rally racing to Arma Reforger with a new official DLC simply called Arma Reforger – Rally.
The expansion will add three purpose-built rally cars, the Šárka 105 RS, Sputnik 600 RS and Dana 2001 RS — each with different braking, handling and grip characteristics.
Players will race across six stages spread between Everon, Arland and Kolguyev, using the same environments normally associated with Arma Reforger’s military sandbox. Bohemia specifically mentions routes across Arland’s airfield, Kolguyev’s volcanic terrain and Everon’s forest roads.
The DLC also includes a time trial and ghost system. Each stage records the best run, allowing players to chase the current ghost and replace it with their own time if they go faster.
Weather and time-of-day conditions will also feature across the stages, giving the rally routes different surfaces and visibility depending on the event setup. Despite the unusual crossover, this is not a standalone racing game. Arma Reforger – Rally requires the base Arma Reforger game and uses Bohemia Interactive’s existing Enfusion engine and vehicle simulation.
The DLC is currently listed on Steam as Coming Soon. Bohemia Interactive has not yet confirmed a release date or price.
