Asetek Releases RaceHub 4.1

Racehub Asetek

As a simracing enthusiast for years, few things excite me as much as seeing companies that truly commit to this world continue to evolve. And if there’s one brand that’s been doing this with consistent momentum, it’s Asetek.

Today, I’m happy to share that they’ve launched version 4.1 of their RaceHub software—an update that not only enhances performance, but also unlocks a much deeper level of customization for all users within the Asetek Simsports ecosystem.

La Prima Gets Serious

The highlight of this release is undoubtedly the long-awaited full integration of the La Prima wheelbase and its corresponding steering wheel. Until now, those of us starting out with this more affordable range had to settle for limited tuning capabilities. But that has now changed. La Prima users can now install clutch paddles and magnetic input paddles, just like on the higher-end Forte series wheels. This is a major step forward in terms of customization options for those who want to push their setup without jumping to a new product line.

As someone who started with a La Prima myself, this update is music to my ears. The ability to upgrade my current wheel without replacing the entire hardware is something I deeply value—and all of it is done within the same intuitive RaceHub environment.

Support for New Devices

RaceHub 4.1 also brings support for the brand-new Forte Formula Pro Wheel and basic touch functionality for the Invicta Formula Button Box. This reflects Asetek’s clear commitment to continually expanding the capabilities of their ecosystem—without making things complicated for the user, which remains one of the software’s biggest strengths.

More Power? Here Comes the Boost Kit

La Prima Wheelbase Boost Kit

As if that wasn’t enough, RaceHub also introduced the La Prima Wheelbase Boost Kit, a compact upgrade with a massive impact. This device allows the La Prima base to reach 16 Nm of torque and a peak response rate of 6.7 Nm/ms, putting it firmly into high-performance territory.

Installation is a breeze: simply plug it in, adjust the settings in RaceHub, and you’re ready to race. It’s an upgrade designed both for simracing veterans and newcomers looking to feel the true strength of a professional-grade system.
