Sim racers and racing game fans who play Assetto Corsa Competizione on PC or console will be pleased with the latest news about the racing simulation. First and foremost, a new video was released on Tuesday, announcing the release of a new player expansion on June 30, 2022. The teaser indicates that the track selection will be expanded in the direction of America.
505 Games provided detailed information about Assetto Corsa Competizione for PS5 and Xbox Series X in the middle of last month. There was also talk of a patch for the Xbox Series X|S version’s backend system, which is required for future updates to be delivered more quickly. For the PlayStation 5 version, the backend system has already been updated.
They are now happy to announce that the backend console update is complete. This is linked to a “improvement in multiplayer server stability” and a “improved migration of statistics from PS4/Xbox One to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.” Untold Games, the team behind the console versions, will be in touch soon with information about the next major update.
