The version 0.1.4 patch brings a wide range of improvements across audio, controls, UI, rendering, graphics, and physics.

Audio Improvements
- The music system has been reworked for better reliability and smoother fading.
- New tracks have been added for menus, gameplay, and ending sessions.
- Fixed issues with audio devices being lost and tweaked reverb zones at Mount Panorama.
- The BMW M4 CSL’s backfire audio no longer plays at idle, and compressor sounds for the Lotus Emira and Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 have been fixed.
Controls and UI Enhancements
- Localization updates and improved responsiveness in the Manage Preset UI.
- Mirrors now toggle correctly in multi-mirror setups, with the right mirror disabled by default.
- Showroom fixes include resolving car instrumentation inconsistencies and ensuring lights render correctly on scene changes.
- Improved controller functionality, including axis visualization and fixes for quick turning inputs.
Rendering and Graphics Upgrades
- Fixed black screen issues at Imola and other tracks in triple-screen setups.
- VR improvements include disabled TV camera movements, reduced VRAM usage, and optimized GPU performance.
- Car reflections are now more consistent across cubemap resolutions, with medium settings offering improved quality.
- Fixed visual issues with the Alfa Romeo Junior, Giulia GTAm, and Hyundai i30 N, among others.
Physics Adjustments
- The BMW M4 CSL’s ride height limits and launch control have been fixed, addressing a major player complaint.
- Minimum tyre pressure limits have been adjusted, and setup pressure limits have been raised for better performance.
Despite these improvements, the ongoing server problems have significantly impacted the player base. Kunos Simulazioni’s promise of an upcoming online fix offers hope, but players are growing impatient. The studio’s focus on server infrastructure updates suggests a long-term solution is in the works.
