Assetto Corsa EVO announces second Early Access release: coming May 7 with four new cars

Kunos Simulazioni has officially announced via its X account (@AC_assettocorsa) that version 0.2 of Assetto Corsa EVO will launch on May 7 at 14:00 UTC. This update, known as Early Access Release 2 (EA2), introduces a lineup of iconic vehicles for fans of racing simulation.

The update includes four new cars, each with a distinct identity and a focus on track performance:

  • Maserati GT2: A powerful racing machine marking Maserati’s triumphant return to GT competition. Refined through years of motorsport experience, this car promises high-speed thrills with its unmistakable Italian soul.
  • Lotus Exige V6 Cup: Lightweight, razor-sharp, and track-tuned. This British model is all about agility and instant feedback, perfect for those seeking a pure driving experience.
  • Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA: A high-performance twist on a timeless icon. With no electronic aids, this car delivers a raw, driver-focused connection to the road.
