After the update of Automobilista 2 that added the Endurance Pt1 DLC, on which we shared our impressions here on the website, Reiza has released an update concluding this free trial along with some corrections.
This is a supplementary update to the latest release V1.5.5.1, introducing a new “high beam” option along with other bug fixes and improvements.
The release of this update marks the end of the free trial period for the Circuit des 24h Du Mans and the Endurance Pack Pt1 DLCs; the latest content is now restricted to users who own the respective DLCs.
V1.5.5.1 CHANGE LOG
GENERAL
- Modified the algorithm for the maximum visible vehicle setting to favor vehicles ahead. Added the “high beam” mode for the local player.
PHYSICS
- LMDh: Disabled the maximum ERS deployment per lap, which had been accidentally left enabled; Improved BUILD and BALANCED deployment modes for the Le Mans 24h design while conserving energy in higher gears.
- Fixed automatic activation of player ERS during qualifying laps.
- Disabled tire warmers for LMDh and GT3 Gen2 classes according to current WEC / IMSA rules.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
- Adjusted tire wear rate for artificial intelligence in LMDh and GT3 Gen2 classes.
- Adjusted brake usage for artificial intelligence in LMDh, P1 (both generations), and Cadillac DPi classes.
- AI calibration pass for F-V12, F-V10 Gen1 and Gen2, F-Reiza, F-Ultimate Gen1 and Gen2 (dry and wet conditions).
AUDIO
- McLaren MP4/12: Fixed missing startup sound.
- F-V10 Gen1: Attempted fix to address disappearing sounds in multiplayer.
VEHICLES
- LMDh/GTE/GT3 (all generations):
- Adjusted the base brightness of front lights. Fixed lighting on cars with carbon material on secondary light sources.
- BMW M Hybrid V8: New safety lights; Rain lines added on side windows.
- Cadillac V Series R: Rain lines added for side windows.
- Porsche 992 GT3-R: Fixed display with best lap time and intermediate time inverted.
