RaceLab
Since Racelabs (by Istvan Fodor and Tobias Zürcher) has implemented its Native VR function, its popularity has increased exponentially, as it is very well debugged and consumes very few resources.
You can use it for streamings (standings, relative, twitch chat), within the vr viewer.

JRT
JRT is an application for iRacing. It’s not a simple timing table, it has been think to be able to be used in race thanks to well studied color codes. It works also with replays that could be useful to make overlays on videos after a race or to comment races delayed.
Some Features:
- Standing in Real Time
- Delta Graphic
- Calculator and Trackmap
- Dashboard
- Button Box
- Logging Files
- Events and replay Control
- Photo mode with motion blur
SOME EXAMPLES:
SDK GAMING
The most accurate live timing software available for iRacing taps into the power of the SDK. Display a detailed timing screen on a second screen, integrate an overlay into your race screen or display an overlay on your Twitch stream all displaying live information!
Display detailed timing information on a second screen from the app or on any other device through a web browser with iRacing Live Timing. Live data is pulled from the iRacing service with custom overrides for any information you want (team names, nationalities etc).
This application can be used as a spotter tool to compare your performance to drivers ahead and behind you and also to optimise pit stop timing. Additionally, it can also broadcast calculated data to a central server where a simple web page can display them. This will give every SDK Gaming member a simple way to set up a live timing page for an event. Find out more in the user manual here: iRacing Live Timing User Manual

iR TrackOverlay & Accelerometer (by Wolfgang Höhn)

Accelerometer
Displays the lateral and longitudinal acceleration on a scale of 3G on the drivers car.
Stream Monitor
Spaceship control panel.
Twitch Chat
Customizable twitch chat overlay for OBS.
Twitch Bet Bot
To involve people into your race more than ever before…
UserScript to filter unwanted BetBot and “!raffle” messages in chat. (Tested only in chrome with TamperMonkey)
Fuel Calculator
This application will show your current fuel consumption, and how much fuel you need to get on next pitstop to finish the race.
It can announce this values for you with ResponsiveVoice.
Warning: Always calculate fuel by yourself before the race, don’t blame me for wrong fuel calculation by this app.
Setup Comparison Tool
It’s better than doing screenshots in photoshop and then try to compare them.
Setup Cover Overlay
Cover your garage setup screen with an image.
Helmet Overlay for VR
Places helmet image when you are in a car.
Browser Apps Addons by GripTV.org (by Timo Wesendahl)

This article loses all credibility not mentioning simracingapps
Or Simhub, free (but worth paying for) and lots of overlay functionality.
or Kapps
I couldn’t get any of Race Labs overlays to work in game. Spent the time setting them up, went to race and non of them were there. Don’t know weather i needed to have paid subscription for it to work.
You need to follow the directions it tells you for initial setup. In iRacing settings you have to uncheck “Fullscreen” and “Boarder”. Save settings and restart the game. It should show up. Just follow the directions to a T you don’t need to pay to use it only if you want certain overlays like the track map.
RaceLabs doesn’t seem to work. I have Fullscreen and Border unchecked. It also seemed to have crashed my webcam, since I record and stream with Streamlabs and have had no issues prior to downloading RaceLabs. Kapps in not available, for the US, due to sanctions.
Racelab cannot physically crash your webcam. I’m sure it’s something else.
As for the ‘racelabs doesnt weem to work’ part, it does work, you just probably missed to read the support menu in racelab => ‘first steps’ setup instructions. Sometimes telemetry and other important settings are not turned on by default in iracing. \
Just make sure you got everything on that checklist in racelab.
