Wearing gloves for simracing, what nonsense some people say. All very logical until you get your hands on a Direct Drive base and something you have to hold while making a considerable physical effort to keep your wrists from slipping. The time has come to look for that extra grip to deal with the rattles as it deserves and to be able to keep some of the Alcantara on the wheel before the sweat flattens it all out.
In the 2021 selection we have everything from racing gloves, to gloves dedicated especially for simRacing, to work gloves. Of all prices and colors, so that your preference has a place.
It will probably be one of the surprises of the year. Designed to have an excellent grip on the hands of the steering wheel, Sim Hound has become a brand that comes to the glove market with one of the best alternatives.
Lightweight, quality materials, good price and excellent design. If you are looking for gloves designed for all types of Sim Racing steering wheels, the new Sim Hound gloves are very good choice.
Features:
Designed exclusively for simRacing, these F33L SR2 gloves are part of the wide range of options we have for gloves that use bike gloves as a base. The important difference with other gloves in this price range comes in the palm, where the rubber (silicone) additions allow for maximum grip on the racing wheel. We have already talked here many times about the Hypergrip. They are good gloves but not too resistant and they are expensive, especially at the price we can find them lately. Maybe for summer they have a pass because of the heat, but there are better alternatives.
In Sparco we can also find its range for mechanics that, even being more expensive than the competition, at least they are not so expensive and are comfortable and functional.
From Sparco you have naturally a great alternative in gloves already properly for competition, and even here we have analyzed some of them, but we do not think it is worth buying them for home use.
Work gloves similar to Sparco mechanics of an American brand that works with many institutions there and the rest of the world. Used in the world of security, industry and any physical work that you can think of. They are not for slender fingers or slender hands. There are many varieties; for summer, for winter, for greater sensitivity, with protections, etc. On amazon you can find them all.
One of the favorites when buying simRacing gloves is to get a cheap karting model, and these OMP gloves take the cake for their attractive price in the most usual size. For just over 25 euros you have a basic model enough to cover the basic needs of every driver.
See you on the track!

Also have a look at any mountain biking gloves, i specifically go for the summer versions as they are light, thin and breathe well and often have nice grips under the finger tips.
I found these to be pretty awesome. https://moradness.com/collections/gloves They come in 3 colors; so far, I have 2 of the 3.
