Why can’t I find the deals on Fanatec.com?
Please note the start date for each deal! The offers will become available at different times depending on your region. The number of units available at the discounted price is limited, and certain offers may be snapped up quickly. Once the limit is reached, the product(s) will be removed from the Black Friday category and returned to their regular price(s).
When do the Black Friday 2024 deals end?
All discounted products will return to their regular price by the end of December 2nd. Note that there is a limited number of products available at discounted prices, so some deals may terminate early, depending on demand.
Is there a limit to the number of units I can buy?
Yes, the deals are limited to two per order. The Red Bull wheel is limited to one unit per customer.
I placed an order by mistake, how do I cancel?
If you have just placed an order, it is possible to cancel the order yourself via the ‘Orders’ section of your Fanatec account. If you do not see the cancel button, then your order has already reached a stage in processing where it is too late to cancel. If you still do not want the products, please send us a message via the ‘Contact’ section of the website, selecting the option ‘I want to return an order or product’.
Can I modify my order?
It is not possible to modify an order. You need to cancel the order and create a new one.
