Codemasters® is showing its first full game trailer with all the action from DIRT 5™ to celebrate the game’s launch on November 6th. Around the World in 60 seconds features death-defying jumps in the Italian marble mines, to treacherous ice driving in Nepal and everything in between. DIRT 5 offers impressive wheel-to-wheel racing on multiple surfaces, including rugged terrain, desert sand, snow, ice, asphalt and more. Weather conditions change in a moment, cars spin and crash as the action intensifies and players must keep their wits about them to stay in the race. With a variety of game modes including Race, Arcade, Time Trial and Multiplayer modes, DIRT 5 is an adrenaline shot from start to finish. DIRT 5 also incorporates the split screen that can be played offline in cooperative and competitive modes for up to four users.
For those who want variety, the trailer ends up in the new Playgrounds mode. Create, share and discover customized arenas through three types of events; Gate Crasher, Smash Attack and Gymkhana. All Playgrounds game zones are hosted online with a global ranking, allowing Players from all over the world to upload a zone and post their best score.
Today is also a significant date with the release of DIRT 5’s Official Soundtrack album, now available for streaming and downloading on all major digital music platforms. With world icons such as The Killers and The Chemical Brothers, the 18-song album features seven exclusive songs by the most recent talents.

DIRT 5 will debut on the PlayStation®4 entertainment system, the Xbox One family of devices including Xbox One X, and on Windows PCs through Steam on November 6. The Xbox Series X|S version will launch worldwide on November 10. The PlayStation® 5 version will be released in North America, Australia and New Zealand on November 12 and worldwide on November 19. The version for Google Stadia will be launched in early 2021.
Users who purchase the DIRT 5 Amplified Edition on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC will receive exclusive content and three days of advance access to the game. The game supports both Xbox Smart Delivery and the free PlayStation upgrade when players switch to Xbox Series X|S or PlayStation 5 platforms*.
