Electronic Arts has announced that it will unveil its first officially licensed WRC game on Tuesday, September 5th.
After nearly a decade of releases by Kylotonn, the French developer has handed over the license to Codemasters, which, since its acquisition by EA, continues to expand its portfolio of motor racing licenses. This upcoming release will mark the first official WRC game developed by Codemasters under the EA banner.
Expectations are high for this title, especially considering their previous successes with two outstanding showcases, Dirt Rally and Dirt Rally 2.0 Deluxe, both of which were true classics that garnered widespread acclaim and remain highly influential to this day.
