F1 2021 – Announce Trailer

We have an announcement and trailer for Codemasters’ next title in what will be its debut with its new parent company Electronic Arts. We’ll see how it all plays out in this second season of F1 pandemic in which many of the old European circuits have populated the calendar.

How much are you going to rush before you reach your limit? The new generation arrives with F1® 2021, the official video game of the FIA™ Formula 1 World Championship. F1® 2021 arrives full speed ahead on your PS5™, Xbox X|S Series, PS4™, Xbox One or PC via Steam on July 16 and comes packed with a host of new features that we’ll take a closer look at below.

What’s new?

F1® 2021’s “Real Season Start” feature allows you to jump into the action with the actual current standings and take control to compete in the remaining races. It is ideal for players who want to enter a season that mirrors the real-world season.

Next-generation experience

For the first time, F1® 2021 is coming to Xbox Series X|S and PS5™ with improved visuals and faster load times, plus PS4™, Xbox One and PC versions via Steam. And if you’re planning to upgrade, we’re pleased to announce that F1® 2021 will support Xbox Smart Delivery and the free PlayStation upgrade if you switch to Xbox Series X|S or PlayStation®5*.

The features you know and love from F1® 2020, such as My Team, two-player split-screen, shorter seasons, accessibility options and F2™, are coming back. We’ll also be expanding and refining many other features, such as scalable help options, driver stats and multiplayer.
