From January 8th to February 3rd, players will get to relive the highs and lows of Daniel Ricciardo’s Formula 1 career in a special event. Although the Australian driver’s time in the sport may have paused for now, his legacy continues to burn brightly, and F1 24 gives fans the chance to celebrate his incredible journey through four episodes and eight iconic circuits.

Ricciardo’s story in Season 5 is a trip down memory lane, allowing players to experience his first-ever victory with Red Bull in 2014, his legendary overtakes, and his thrilling race victories. As you race through these epic moments, the goal is clear—compete to unlock exclusive rewards that pay tribute to one of the most beloved drivers in the sport’s history.

Liam Lawson’s Pro Challenge: A New Zealand Phenom Takes the Lead

While Ricciardo may be bidding adieu to the track, a new star is rising in F1® 24 with Liam Lawson. From January 8th to March 5th, Lawson—who took over from Ricciardo in the Visa Cash App RB car—will challenge players to test their skills against him on the streets of Singapore’s Marina Bay circuit, where he shocked the world by outmaneuvering both Red Bull drivers and scoring his first F1 points in 2023.

The challenge is more than just a race; it’s a test of speed and precision. Those who manage to beat Lawson’s lap time will unlock the special team livery from the 2024 Miami Grand Prix, adding an extra layer of excitement for fans and players alike.

F1 Cars: A Multiplayer Battle Like No Other

If you’re a fan of intense multiplayer action, Season 5 brings back the fan-favorite F1® Cars mode, running from January 8th to March 5th. This fast-paced, heart-pounding mode promises to keep players on their toes as they race for survival in a format where every second counts. Players will take to the track in their F1® World car, but with a twist—every 30 seconds, the driver in last place will be eliminated, heightening the stakes.

To unlock special rewards, players must aim to finish in 7th place or better at least once a week, making for a highly competitive experience where only the fastest and most strategic drivers will prevail.

Happy Racing!
