is ready to pass the torch and takes on the liveries of the 2024 F1 season in this ultimate content that will be awarded to those who pre-order F1 24.
Electronic Arts Inc. announced today that EA SPORTS™ F1® 23 players can engage in time trial challenges with the new 2024 team cars ahead of this weekend’s opening race by pre-ordering* EA SPORTS™ F1® 24^, arriving on May 31st on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation®4, Xbox One, and PC, through EA App, Epic Games Store, and Steam. For a limited time, a new loyalty program rewards pilots who own any of the F1® 2021, F1® 22, or F1® 23 games with a 15% discount when pre-ordering the F1® 24 Champions Edition**. Additionally, players will receive the McLaren and Alpine 2023 F1® esports liveries, which will seamlessly transfer to F1® 24.
“For the first time, our F1 23 players can immediately connect with the 2024 season with some of their favorite teams before this weekend’s first Lights Out,” said Lee Mather, Senior Creative Director at Codemasters. “Everything will soon be unveiled, and we’ll bring players a revamped Career mode, a new EA SPORTS Dynamic Handling System, and much more.”
In addition to a second wave of new season liveries coming in late April, players who pre-order the game will receive several valuable items directly related to F1® 24 at launch. The Champions Edition, exclusively in digital format, equips pilots with two new Formula 1® icons, 18,000 Pitcoin, and an F1® World Bumper Pack with resources for single and multiplayer game events. They will also receive up to three days of early access starting May 28, and all pre-orders include a VIP pass to the podium. Players who pre-order the standard edition† will receive 5,000 Pitcoin and an F1® World Starter Pack.
