FIA Motorsports Games 2024 with Assetto Corsa Competizione

FIA Motorsports Games will celebrate a new edition this year continuing its partnership with Assetto Corsa Competizione and Kunos has already announced officially.

The third edition of the FIA Motorsport Games is scheduled to take place in Valencia, Spain, from October 23rd to 27th, 2024, promising an exhilarating Esports program. Once again, Assetto Corsa Competizione reaffirms its position as the top choice for Esports GT racing programs.In the GT Esports category, drivers will compete on the Assetto Corsa Competizione platform in races with slightly extended durations, incorporating mandatory pit stops.

The breathtaking City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia will serve as the venue for the Esports competitions, equipped with 24 simulators featuring identical high-performance hardware, ensuring fairness for all participants.

With over 100 drivers expected to represent their respective FIA National Sporting Authorities, Esports is poised to be the most fiercely contested discipline at the Games. Managed by AK Esports, the Esports competitions will follow a format similar to 2022, including General Qualifying, Quarter Finals, Last Chance, Semi-Finals, and the gold medal Final across both categories. Eligible drivers must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid ITD1 license from their ASN.
Building on past success, organizers aim to attract over 100 entries across Esports categories by reducing entry fees, showcasing the talents of current and future stars.

Niroshan Pereira, President of the FIA Esports Commission, expressed excitement about the popularity of the Esports GT Category with Assetto Corsa Competizione in Marseille. Marco Massarutto, Co-Founder and Executive Manager of Kunos Simulazioni, reiterated the commitment to delivering top-tier racing experiences and nurturing future driving talent.
