Originally launched in 2021, Forza Horizon 5 delivers an expansive open-world racing experience set in Mexico. The game features licensed real-world cars, dynamic weather, deep customization, and a constantly evolving Festival Playlist. With cross-platform multiplayer, PS5 players will be able to race alongside Xbox and PC users.
The PS5 version is being developed by Panic Button, a studio known for high-quality ports, ensuring a smooth transition to Sony’s hardware. While no official price has been confirmed, the game is already available for wishlisting on the PlayStation Store.
The game’s existing DLC, including the Hot Wheels and Rally Adventure expansions, will be available for purchase. There is speculation that a bundle edition could be offered to new players on PS5.
To celebrate the PS5 launch, Playground Games is introducing Horizon Realms, an update allowing players to explore past map variations, adding fresh excitement to the game.
