Gran Turismo 7 – A brand New Ferrari Vision Gran Turismo Vehicle Will Be Unveiled

Ferrari and Gran Turismo 7 have been synonymous since long before Kazunori Yamauchi looked to Italy for inspiration and “borrowed” the term for his racing game franchise. It will now also include the Polyphony Digital title. Indeed, Ferrari has confirmed that it is working on a new Vision GT with the Japanese studio. That is, according to a recent teaser posted on Gran Turismo 7‘s dedicated channels.

Predictions are currently impossible to make due to a lack of details. The only certainty is that it will be inspired, at least in part, by the Ferrari 499P, which will make its WEC debut after 50 years. The styling of the headlights is almost identical to that of the Hypercar that will race at Le Mans in 2023, suggesting that it could be a competitor to the Toyota GR010.

In any case, the official reveal is scheduled for November 27, 2022, so we won’t see it with the next update, which will include three cars plus a mystery car honoring the series’ 25th anniversary. We hope it will use a naturally aspirated V12 engine rather than a supercharged or electric powertrain.

See you on the track!
