Gran Turismo 7: Free January Update 1.55 Now Available

GT7 Update 155

The update 1.55, available from January 30, adds four new vehicles to the game’s already impressive roster. Alongside the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N, players can now drive the Gran Turismo F3500-A, a tribute to 1990s Formula 1 cars, the Toyota C-HR S, a stylish crossover, and the Honda Civic Si Extra, a classic from the Japanese touring car scene.

Additionally, new events, GT Café menus, and expanded Gran Turismo Sophy AI capabilities make this update one of the most substantial yet.

Hyundai Ioniq 5 N

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 N is the standout addition in this update. As Hyundai’s first high-performance electric vehicle, the Ioniq 5 N combines cutting-edge technology with thrilling performance. With dual motors delivering a combined 641 horsepower and the ability to distribute power to the rear wheels for controlled drifts, this car is a game-changer—both in real life and in Gran Turismo 7.

Its design, inspired by Hyundai’s Namyang and Nürburgring development centers, makes it a perfect fit for the game’s realistic driving experience.

For players, the Ioniq 5 N represents a step forward in the game’s electric vehicle lineup, offering a unique blend of speed, innovation, and sustainability. Whether you’re a fan of electric cars or just love pushing vehicles to their limits, the Ioniq 5 N is a must-drive.

Gran Turismo F3500-A

The Gran Turismo F3500-A is a love letter to the golden era of Formula 1. Designed from scratch by Polyphony Digital, this single-seater features a 3.5L V12 engine that revs up to 15,000 RPM, delivering an unforgettable sound and performance.

Its carbon fiber chassis and customizable aerodynamics allow players to tweak the car to their liking, making it a versatile choice for both casual and competitive play.

Toyota C-HR S and Honda Civic Si Extra

The update also introduces the Toyota C-HR S, a crossover that blends SUV comfort with coupe styling. Known for its success at the Nürburgring, this car adds a unique flavor to the game. Meanwhile, the Honda Civic Si Extra brings a touch of racing heritage. With its iconic ZC engine and sporty design, this car is perfect for fans of classic Japanese tuners.

Beyond the new cars, the update introduces fresh GT Café menus, including Extra Menu No. 43, and new events like the Sunday Cup at Kyoto Driving Park and the FF 450 Challenge at Sardegna. The Gran Turismo Sophy AI also gets an upgrade, with new challenges at Interlagos and Mount Panorama.
