Gran Turismo 7 is once again leaning into exclusive rewards tied to its competitive events. Polyphony Digital has confirmed a new “Viewers Gift” campaign for Round 1 of the Gran Turismo World Series 2026, scheduled to take place on May 23 in Milan, Italy.
The initiative will allow players to earn two special in-game vehicles for free simply by watching the official broadcasts through GT7’s in-game client. This time, however, the promotion has attracted particular attention from the community because the featured cars are “Stealth Model” versions, finished in deep black paint and unavailable for purchase anywhere else in the game.
Two Exclusive Cars for Watching the Live Broadcasts
The campaign will be split between the championship’s two main competitions. Each stream will offer a different reward for viewers who tune in through GT7’s internal broadcast interface.
During the Manufacturers Cup broadcast, players will be able to unlock the:
- Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) ’22
Meanwhile, the Nations Cup stream will reward viewers with the:
- Toyota GT-One (TS020) ’99
Both cars will feature an all-black “Stealth Model” design, a relatively uncommon category within GT7 that, according to Polyphony Digital, will not be available later through the game’s dealerships.
The strategy further reinforces the company’s focus on boosting viewership for its competitive events through limited digital content, a practice that has become increasingly common across esports and live-service gaming ecosystems.
How to Claim the Rewards in Gran Turismo 7
To receive the vehicles, players must enter the GT7 World Map and locate the “Viewers Campaign” banner positioned in the upper-right corner of the main screen.
From there, users can directly access the Manufacturers Cup and Nations Cup broadcast links. Watching each stream in-game will be enough to qualify for the corresponding reward.
Polyphony Digital also confirmed that the eligibility window will remain open from the start of the broadcasts until Monday, June 8 at 1:59 a.m. PDT. The cars will then be distributed through a future GT7 update.
This means that players who miss the viewing window will permanently lose the opportunity to obtain both exclusive models.
