Hesketh 308 Blade: A Cockpit with a Taste of Legend

One of those things we come across on the internet is this supposed return of Hesketh to our lives. The James Hunt racing team still holds significance in certain territories, and there are always people ready to release products under its brand. In this case, the British offer us an expensive simulator named Hesketh 308 Blade.

As the current owners of the Hesketh Racing trademarks, we have always wished to see the brand “back on the track,” but the ever-increasing costs of modern motorsport have made this dream an impossibility. However, without being discouraged, we have come up with an alternative solution under a new brand name, RetroSims.

In an innovative collaboration with Base Performance, one of the world’s leading companies in the racing simulator industry, we are thrilled to introduce the Hesketh 308 Blade.

Infused with Formula 1 DNA, it is not only an impressive piece of visual engineering but also a true test of your racing skills and senses.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Every component of the Hesketh 308 Blade has been chosen because they are manufactured by globally recognized companies and leaders in the racing simulator industry.

GPX STEERING WHEEL

The precision SIM GPX steering wheel with paddle shifters and a clutch. It features 9 rotary dials, 12 push buttons, a full-color LCD screen, and adjustable dual-clutch paddles.

PEDALS

The Heusinkveld Ultimate+ Pedals are designed for high-end professional racing simulators. In our opinion, they offer the best simulated pedal feel you can find in the market today.

BASE

The SimuCube 2 Pro base provides exceptional torque response and precise feedback.

BDH BAZOOKA SHIFTER

Mechanical shifters have become the preferred choice of many dedicated simulator drivers due to their increased realism and tactile feedback. The H1 ‘Bazooka’ is undoubtedly among the elite of simulation shifters.

HEADPHONES

The high-end open acoustic headset Sennheiser PC 373D, a leader in audio, delivers incredibly immersive Dolby 7.1 surround sound and crystal-clear communications. Style and comfort to enhance your experience, even after hours of racing.

SEAT

Specially commissioned and painted steel frame from the Mercedes Formula 1 factory. Fully adjustable carbon fiber seat.

It all works with Assetto Corsa Ultimate , which is the primary software it has been tuned for.

All of this comes at a price of approximately £25,000, excluding VAT. For more information and photos, visit https://www.retrosims.com/.

See you on the track!
