Apparently servers associated with iRacing and iRacing store have appeared on Discord. They promise, among other things, the sale of credits within iRacing.
As a result of how expensive it can be to purchase content on iRacing, such as tracks and / or circuits, some people sell their accounts to third parties, which is expressly prohibited by iRacing’s terms and conditions. The payment could also cause problems, such as paying someone who promised to give you their account, but who ended up not giving it to you, or who still had access to it.
Due to these reasons, iRacing says we should only make purchases through the same iRacing, Steam, or Epic page to secure our data and information and to avoid scams.
