What does the basic content include?
The basic content include 18 cars which only 7 or 8 are used in official series. The other come from obsolete content, although they are updated and receive certain global improvements every season.

Can I drive a car for free?
Yes, iRacing provides an offline service (Test Drive) during all update/maintenance time so you can drive any car or track that you have previously downloaded without having buy it.
