iRacing’s 2027 Season 1 build will add the Lamborghini Temerario GT3 alongside three new circuits when the quarterly update arrives this December. iRacing president Tony Gardner has confirmed Circuit Paul Ricard, Circuit Bugatti and Winchester Speedway for the same release.
Gardner revealed the December content during the latest episode of the official iRacing Downshift podcast. The new Lamborghini GT3 will join a class that already includes machinery from Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-AMG, McLaren, Ford and several other manufacturers.
The Temerario GT3 represents Lamborghini’s latest generation of customer racing machinery, succeeding the Huracán GT3 family. Its arrival will also bring a very different character to the simulator’s Lamborghini offering, with the real-world Temerario GT3 switching from the Huracán’s naturally aspirated V10 architecture to a twin-turbo V8.
Paul Ricard, Bugatti and Winchester Arrive in December
Two of the three new venues are road circuits that iRacing had already confirmed were under development. Circuit Paul Ricard was described as well underway in the August development update, while work on Circuit Bugatti had progressed to the point where its drivable surface had already been modelled.

Circuit Bugatti is the permanent circuit located at Le Mans and shares part of the same facility used by the Circuit de la Sarthe. Its addition gives iRacing another configuration of one of motorsport’s most recognizable venues without simply reproducing the full 24 Hours layout.

Winchester Speedway completes the December track lineup and adds another option for iRacing’s short-track community. iRacing had previously confirmed that development was sufficiently advanced for the team to already be turning laps there.

Season 1 Returns to More New-to-iRacing Content
The three circuits form part of a wider push to introduce more completely new venues to the service. Executive Producer Greg Hill had already stated that 2027 Season 1 would return to adding multiple tracks that are new to iRacing after much of the recent development effort was directed toward updating existing assets.
Gardner explained that part of that workload was linked to preparing and modernizing content for iRacing Studios’ NASCAR and upcoming INDYCAR projects. With that work progressing, the company expects to find a better balance between upgrading existing material and releasing new cars and circuits.
Other venues remain in development beyond the December build, including Circuit Paul Armagnac at Nogaro and Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia. iRacing has not yet announced which future season those tracks will join.
The exact release date for the 2027 Season 1 build has also not yet been published, but the Lamborghini Temerario GT3, Circuit Paul Ricard, Circuit Bugatti and Winchester Speedway are all now expected as part of the December update.
