Bettertp is a program that requires no installation, which works in command window mode and logs anonymously to tradingpaints.com to download and manage the skins of the current session. It comes within the kutu toolkit, designed for live broadcasts or recordings, but is still very useful for those who only need or want to see the identifications of others.
It works faster and apparently better and with less delay, but also with null options in terms of file management or their quality.
Update: It seems, as Felix says in the comments, that in the latest versions there is already a configuration file that allows you to do certain things:
