iRacing: Credit Expiration Policy

Starting December 1, 2022, iRacing implemented a new policy regarding awarded iRacing Credits: any unused iRacing Credits will expire two years after being granted, meaning they began expiring in December 2024.

iRacing uses two forms of internal currency: iRacing Dollars and iRacing Credits.

• iRacing Dollars are purchased directly with real money by customers and NEVER expire.
• iRacing Credits are not purchased by customers but are earned and granted to accounts through race participation, referrals, prizes, or other means.

You can check your account balance of iRacing Dollars and iRacing Credits by clicking on the Wallet button in the top menu bar of the iRacing interface. Both forms of currency can be used for various purchases within iRacing.

This policy update ONLY affects iRacing Credits.
