iRacing has released a new video showcasing the rebuilt Milwaukee Mile ahead of the 2026 Season 4 update. The historic oval has been recreated from the ground up using new 2026 laser-scan data, with completely updated artwork and a new Road Course configuration joining the traditional one-mile oval.
The dedicated video was published by iRacing on September 8, offering the clearest look yet at the new version of Milwaukee before its Season 4 release.
The rebuild itself was first confirmed in iRacing’s August Development Update on August 28, when the developer revealed that Milwaukee would join Road America and Mid-Ohio as one of three circuits rebuilt from new laser scans captured earlier in 2026.
The Milwaukee Mile has been rebuilt from the ground up
Unlike a conventional art refresh, the new Milwaukee Mile is based on an entirely new 2026 laser scan. iRacing has rebuilt the circuit using its latest track-development and artwork techniques rather than simply updating textures on the existing version.
The traditional one-mile oval remains at the centre of the package, including Milwaukee’s distinctive low-banked corners that have made the circuit particularly challenging for open-wheel and stock car racing.
The visual environment has also been brought up to iRacing’s current standards, with the new video showing the revised racing surface, trackside structures and surrounding scenery.
More information about the rebuild was originally confirmed in the August 2026 Development Update.
A new Milwaukee Mile Road Course is coming

The biggest addition is an entirely new Road Course configuration.
Milwaukee previously focused on its traditional oval layout in iRacing, but the rebuilt package adds a Roval-style road circuit for Season 4. That gives the venue two configurations: Oval and Road Course.
The new layout substantially expands the type of racing possible at Milwaukee, allowing the circuit to be used for road-racing machinery alongside the stock cars and open-wheel vehicles traditionally associated with the oval.
For existing Milwaukee owners, the new configuration will not require another purchase.
Existing Milwaukee Mile owners get the rebuild free

iRacing has confirmed that anyone who already has access to The Milwaukee Mile will receive the completely rebuilt circuit and new Road Course at no additional cost.
The new scan will simply replace or expand the existing Milwaukee package when the 2026 Season 4 build arrives.
That follows the same approach iRacing is taking with the new Road America and Mid-Ohio scans, which are also being added automatically to their existing track packages rather than being sold as separate versions.
New drivers can access iRacing and its wider range of cars and circuits through an iRacing membership.
For Milwaukee, the result is more than a visual update. The circuit has been rescanned and rebuilt from scratch, while the new Road Course gives existing owners an additional layout for free.
