It seems that the Spanish wave generated by Alonso is not the only one that is sweeping through motorsports. iRacing, not wanting to be left behind, will introduce a new circuit featuring the same flag that represents the Asturian, as we are talking about the MotorLand Aragón race track. This has been announced by the company from Massachusetts on their social media, adding to the many novelties they have presented this year.

The renowned circuit, located in the region of Alcañiz (Spain), is almost an icon in motorsport, mainly for hosting MotoGP, although it has not been the venue for a Formula 1 Grand Prix. However, it has hosted events such as the World Superbike Championship (WSBK), the CEV (Spanish Motorcycle Championship), the aforementioned MotoGP, as well as the World Series by Renault. In addition to these international races, various national and regional championships in motorcycling, car racing, karting, and autocross are held there.
MotorLand Aragón had the support of a team of highly prestigious and experienced professionals for its development. The project started in 2006 with the first competitions on the karting and off-road tracks. In 2009, with the inauguration of the speed circuit, the sports complex was completed, with a clear vision of becoming a driving force for progress throughout the region. Currently, the venue hosts over 30 automotive events per year.
See you on the track!
