iRacing: New Tracks Confirmed for 2025 Season 1

Thruxton Circuit

The 2025 Season 1 update in iRacing introduces a thrilling selection of new road and oval tracks, alongside enhancements to some of the community’s favorite older tracks.

New Track Additions in 2025 Season 1

Thruxton Circuit – The Fastest Circuit in the UK

One of the most exciting new additions is the Thruxton Circuit, widely known as the “Fastest Circuit in the UK.” This 3.79 km track is famous for hosting British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), TCR UK, British F3, and British GT, where cars frequently reach speeds of over 190 mph.

iRacing has meticulously recreated Thruxton, building upon its successful photogrammetry techniques from Cadwell. With drone-captured images, the sim offers incredible realism, including a drivable infield airstrip for private testing and hosted events.

The impressive visual detail and speed-focused layout make Thruxton a must-try for any road racing enthusiast.

Huset’s Speedway – The Heart of Dirt Racing

Huset’s Speedway, a 3/8-mile dirt oval in Brandon, South Dakota, is another new track coming to iRacing. This venue, dating back to 1953, has been revitalized with fresh energy in recent years and has become a fan-favorite in the dirt racing scene.

Its release as a DLC in World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing 24 further cements its place in dirt racing culture, making it an ideal addition to iRacing for dirt track fans seeking authentic racing experiences.

Track Refreshes: NASCAR Refresh Initiative

New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS)

New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) is a track close to iRacing’s heart, having been one of the first tracks added to the platform in 2009. As part of the NASCAR Refresh Initiative, NHMS is receiving a significant overhaul to meet today’s visual and technical standards.

Las Vegas Motor Speedway (LVMS)

Las Vegas Motor Speedway is also getting a refresh. Although slightly behind NHMS in terms of progress, LVMS’s update is close to completion, with enhancements that bring it to life for NASCAR fans.
