In the past, iRacing players couldn’t see other racers’ qualifying laps, which led to some concerns within the community.
Since everyone qualified at the same time on the track but was invisible to one another, some people suspected that certain racers might engage in unethical practices.
However, with the new Season 4 update, iRacing is changing this. Now, while you’re still qualifying, you won’t see other competitors, but once you’re in the replay screen, you’ll be able to view everyone’s qualifying laps.
This change not only adds more excitement, as you can watch how others perform, but it also enhances transparency and accountability. If anyone tries to manipulate the qualifying process, it will be clear for everyone to see.
