Le Mans Ultimate has announced the arrival of Season 2 of its 2025 Online Championships, introducing new championships, a revised schedule, and format updates based on user feedback. Following the “success” of Season 1, which saw over 3,000 registrations across four championships, the new season promises fresh challenges and even more competition.
What Are the Online Championships?
The Online Championships offer a premium experience available to RaceControl Pro and Pro+ subscribers. These championships feature leaderboard-linked races, ranking drivers across categories such as overall standings, same-manufacturer competitors, nationality, skill-based league, and friends. The RaceControl stewarding team will review post-race protests, enforcing penalties for infractions beyond deliberate collisions or harassment, ensuring the cleanest and fairest competitive environment possible.
Participants must select a vehicle for the six-week-long season, with up to three attempts allowed per week. Season 2 will take place over six weeks, starting on Tuesday, February 4. You can already register and practice for the first two rounds on the practice servers.
What’s New in Season 2?
The popular LMGT3 Fixed championship will continue in Season 2, and a second fixed-setup championship for Hypercars has been introduced, featuring up to 38 drivers per round.
Multiclass Masters delivers the ultimate Le Mans Ultimate experience, offering fast-paced sprint race formats. Based on driver feedback, this season introduces a new weekend timeslot. Additionally, 90-minute races will now feature double fuel consumption, promising intense strategic battles across all classes.
The 2023 Endurance Series pays tribute to the 2023 FIA World Endurance Championship season, which marked the introduction of LMDh vehicles alongside LMH and the final season of the legendary GTE class. This championship replicates the vehicle classes, schedule, and race conditions of that historic centenary season.
Furthermore, adjustments have been made to the schedule and weekly calendar, adding new timeslots and more races over the weekend to allow more players to register and compete in Season 2.
Format Changes
Several adjustments have been made to the format of Season 2 to enhance the racing experience and make competitions more competitive and accessible. Key changes include:
- Expanded schedule: More weekend timeslots have been added, allowing a greater number of players to participate in races.
- Increased number of races per week: More opportunities to compete each week.
- Double fuel consumption in 90-minute races: This change will require drivers to carefully plan pit stop strategies, increasing realism and race excitement.
- New race configurations: Based on user feedback, developers have fine-tuned the format of various competitions to better balance vehicle performance and improve multiclass race dynamics.
Season 2 Schedule
Season 2 of the Le Mans Ultimate Online Championships will take place over six weeks, with weekly events on iconic circuits. Drivers can already sign up and practice on the test servers for the first two rounds.

How to Participate

Additionally, drivers must select a vehicle for the entire season, with up to three attempts per week for each race.
