RaceControl has also passed 40,000 paid subscribers, while Motorsport Games has recorded a sixth consecutive profitable quarter.
Le Mans Ultimate has sold more than 500,000 copies of the base game and over 1.2 million individual DLC units, according to Motorsport Games’ latest financial results.
The figures arrive roughly two and a half years after Le Mans Ultimate launched in Early Access and alongside improved financial results for Motorsport Games. The company reported higher revenue during the second quarter of 2026 and has now posted six consecutive quarters of positive net income.
Le Mans Ultimate passes 500,000 copies sold
Motorsport Games confirmed that Le Mans Ultimate has sold more than 500,000 copies of the base game.
It has also sold over 1.2 million individual DLC units.
That is equivalent to roughly 2.4 DLC units for every base game copy sold, although it should not be treated as the average amount purchased by each player. Some players may own several DLC packs, while others may own none.
Le Mans Ultimate has continued to receive new content during 2026. Version 1.4 arrived in July alongside the first of three planned US track packs, including Daytona and Laguna Seca.
Those releases arrived after the end of Motorsport Games’ second quarter, so their financial contribution is not included in the period ending 30th June 2026.
RaceControl passes 40,000 paid subscribers

RaceControl reached 40,520 paid subscribers as of 30th June 2026, around 230% higher than a year earlier.
Subscription revenue reached approximately $1.4 million during the first half of 2026, compared with around $300,000 during the same period in 2025.
That is an increase of roughly 349% year over year.
RaceControl subscriptions represented about 18% of Motorsport Games’ total revenue during the first six months of 2026, up from approximately 7% during the same period in 2025.
Motorsport Games revenue rises 36.6%
Motorsport Games generated $3.54 million in revenue during Q2 2026, compared with $2.59 million in the same quarter last year.
That represents year-over-year growth of 36.6%. For the first half of 2026, revenue reached $7.57 million, up around 74% from approximately $4.35 million during the first six months of 2025.
Gross profit for the six-month period was approximately $6.41 million, with a gross margin of 84.7%.
Motorsport Games posts sixth consecutive profitable quarter

Motorsport Games reported approximately $243,000 in net income for Q2 2026, extending its run to six consecutive profitable quarters.
That is substantially lower than the $4.24 million reported in Q2 2025, but the comparison is distorted by several non-recurring items in the previous year’s result, including foreign exchange gains and a settlement worth approximately $800,000.
Adjusted EBITDA reached around $759,000 during the second quarter.
For the first six months of 2026, adjusted EBITDA was approximately $2.24 million, compared with $1.01 million during the same period in 2025.
Development spending increases
Motorsport Games spent approximately $737,000 on development during Q2 2026, up from around $270,000 in the same quarter last year.
The company attributed the increase mainly to continued development of Le Mans Ultimate and RaceControl, including new content and features. Motorsport Games also reported that April 2026 produced its highest average daily active user figure to date.
The next financial results should provide the first indication of how Version 1.4 and the latest content releases affected revenue, as both arrived after the second quarter closed.
Motorsport Games’ Q3 2026 results are expected in November.
