Between 27th and 28th February 2026, the title will hold its second 24-hour test race, a key event to check whether the recent technical adjustments are truly paying off.
The event will once again take place at the legendary Circuit de la Sarthe, recreated virtually to host an experience that goes far beyond a simple race. Here, not only speed is measured: server stability, driver coordination, and the reliability of the online system will be under scrutiny throughout a full day of uninterrupted competition.
This event follows the first running held in November 2025, which left mixed feelings. Although the atmosphere was spectacular, some participants suffered from reconnection issues and lag, something critical in races of such long duration.
Technical changes aiming to make the difference
Since then, the development team claims to have introduced substantial improvements, among which the following stand out:
- An increase of up to 10 times in team server bandwidth
- The ability to recreate specific splits if a configuration error occurs
- General adjustments to the multiplayer infrastructure
All of this with a clear objective: for this new test to be more solid, fairer, and smoother. It is no coincidence that the event is once again labeled as a test, a word that here means joint learning between developers and the community.
Recently, a four-hour race at Spa brought together more than 5,100 teams, proving that interest in endurance events continues to grow. From there, the calendar keeps warming up with two more events before the major Le Mans challenge:
Team race calendar (January–February 2026)
- 4 Hours of Interlagos
- 30th January – 1st February
- 38 cars – Hypercar, LMGT3

If this new test exceeds expectations, Le Mans Ultimate could definitively establish itself as a benchmark in endurance simracing, proving that learning from mistakes is also part of the journey to the finish line.
