Max Verstappen talks about simRacing

Max Verstappen makes his debut as F1 World Drivers Champion conceding an extensive interview which talks about many topics. In this cut he explain why simRacing is important to him and what he learnt on the process. He is an experienced and regular simRacer who enjoys with the rest of the competitors and teammates the sensations that this hobby provides when he can’t get on his real F1 machine. Max is becoming an important ambassador, as his name is easily visible on racing platforms in the top spots.

Since his entry into the top racing scene, he has always been committed to making simRacing compatible and using it as a complement to his on-track training and learning, and there are many things you see in his driving that come directly from testing a lot and with a lot of people on the simulators.

Max knows the intrinsic value that simulation offers and tries to take advantage of it whenever he can, as he also enjoys it. Max can be seen competing in iRacing special events with his Team RedLine team and in official races of any discipline under his name or his father’s (his smurf account). It all depends on the F1 calendar and his commitments.
