MOZA Reveals Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Ford and MotoGP Hardware at Gamescom 2026

MOZA Racing has brought one of its largest hardware showcases to Gamescom 2026, revealing new licensed steering wheels from Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Ford alongside its first MotoGP handlebar system, PHF pedal haptics and its expanding AI and motion ecosystem.

MOZA Racing is using Gamescom 2026 to significantly expand both its licensed sim racing portfolio and the scope of its wider simulation ecosystem. The company’s Cologne showcase brings together new hardware developed around Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Ford and MotoGP, alongside the newly launched PHF pedal haptic system and demonstrations of Racing Lab AI Coach and HMA150 motion technology.

Several of these projects had been teased before the show, but Gamescom is providing the first public look at finished or more advanced hardware. The biggest developments include two Mercedes-Benz steering wheel concepts, a revised Porsche 911 GT3 RS wheel, an officially licensed Ford Mustang GTD wheel and detailed specifications for MOZA’s new MotoGP-inspired handlebar.

MOZA is exhibiting from August 26 to 30 at Hall 10.1, Booth A-022, with six simulator stations available for hands-on sessions.

Two MOZA x Mercedes-Benz Steering Wheels Make Their Debut

MOZA has now publicly shown the first physical hardware resulting from its Mercedes-Benz collaboration, with two different steering wheel projects appearing at Gamescom.

The most unusual is inspired by the Mercedes-Benz VISION ONE-ELEVEN concept. The wheel shown in Cologne uses five displays in total: four small 1.04-inch circular screens integrated into rotary controls, together with a central 2.85-inch display concealed beneath a magnetic centre section.

The prototype also features eight face buttons, two thumbwheels and two seven-way switches. Its design follows the retro-futuristic character of the VISION ONE-ELEVEN rather than reproducing an existing GT racing cockpit. Alongside it, MOZA has displayed a second MOZA x Mercedes-Benz GT Steering Wheel with a more conventional competition-oriented shape. The design is closer to the company’s existing GT and Formula hardware and provides a very different direction from the VISION ONE-ELEVEN concept.

Both Mercedes-Benz wheels remain in development. MOZA has not yet published final retail prices, release dates, complete specifications or confirmed platform compatibility, so those details should not currently be treated as final commercial information.

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS Steering Wheel is also back at Gamescom after an earlier version appeared at the 2025 event without subsequently reaching the market.

The new version has been developed using original Porsche CAD data, with MOZA reproducing the proportions and control layout of the road-going 911 GT3 RS steering wheel more closely.

One of the key changes is the detachable display. Instead of permanently integrating a screen into the centre as on the earlier prototype, the new design allows the display to be removed, retaining a more authentic road-car appearance when telemetry directly on the wheel is not required. The centre also incorporates a functional horn button, another unusual detail for dedicated sim racing hardware and one that reflects the layout of the real Porsche steering wheel.

Importantly, MOZA has not yet confirmed final specifications, pricing or a retail release date for the GT3 RS wheel. Reports suggesting a specific Q1 2027 launch window should therefore not currently be treated as an official MOZA commitment.

The project will eventually sit alongside the existing Porsche Mission R Steering Wheel, although the two products target very different applications. The Mission R uses a 320 mm competition-oriented shape and 5.4-inch flexible OLED display, while the GT3 RS project is focused on replicating Porsche’s road-car steering wheel.

Ford Mustang GTD Gets Its Own MOZA Steering Wheel

MOZA has also publicly displayed its Ford Mustang GTD Steering Wheel, moving the Ford project beyond the teaser campaign that preceded Gamescom. The wheel is based on the steering system found in Ford’s flagship Mustang GTD and represents another move towards reproducing recognizable road-car hardware rather than creating a generic wheel carrying licensed branding.

The unit shown at Gamescom uses a round, performance-oriented layout with numerous face controls and rear paddle shifters. Its overall architecture shares some design cues with MOZA’s CS Pro, although the Ford-specific controls and Mustang GTD branding distinguish it as a separate licensed product.

MOZA has not yet published a complete commercial specification for the Ford wheel. Price, release date and PC, Xbox or PlayStation compatibility remain unconfirmed, so console support should not be inferred from other products in the MOZA ecosystem.

MOZA Reveals Detailed MotoGP Handlebar Specifications

The biggest expansion beyond conventional car simulation comes from MOZA’s official partnership with MotoGP. While the project had already been announced for Gamescom, MOZA has now published detailed specifications for its first MotoGP-inspired simulation handlebar.

The unit measures 620 mm wide, with a magnesium-alloy rear housing, plastic front housing and silicone grips. It uses a custom aluminium quick-release mechanism and transmits signals through a conductive slip ring.

The handlebar includes 10 backlit short-travel buttons, one D-pad, two five-way switches and six RGB shift LEDs, with lighting and controls configurable through MOZA Pit House. A MOZA CM2 dashboard can also be fitted optionally, with customizable interfaces and official presets.

MOZA describes the product as supporting dual riding modes, although the public specification page does not yet explain exactly how those modes differ.

Perhaps more importantly, MOZA has now confirmed the first list of compatible games.

Current support includes:

  • BeamNG.drive

Support is also under development for additional MotoGP titles, the RIDE and SBK series, RiMS Racing, TT Isle of Man and Lane Split.

The handlebar is officially compatible with all currently available MOZA wheelbases, but MOZA explicitly states that third-party wheelbases are not supported.

One important distinction remains: MOZA’s current public product specification does not list a force-feedback figure or a dedicated motorcycle force-feedback base. Until the company provides further details, it would therefore be premature to quote torque figures or describe an unannounced FFB architecture for the MotoGP system.

Pricing and commercial availability have also not yet been announced.

PHF Pedal Haptic Feedback Kit Launches for €45

Unlike most of the licensed steering wheels, the MOZA PHF Pedal Haptic Feedback Kit has moved directly into a commercial launch.

The system uses compact actuators attached to individual pedals to translate game telemetry into physical vibration. Each PHF module can operate between 0 and 100 Hz, reproducing effects including ABS activation, traction control, engine RPM, wheel lock-up, wheel slip and gear changes.

MOZA officially lists compatibility with the  SR-PSR-P LiteSRP2 and CRP2 pedal sets. The complete kit contains one PHF module, the required Control Box, power adapter and USB, RJ11 and RJ45 cables. The complete kit costs €45 in Europe, while additional individual modules are available for €23. A Control Box is required for the modules to operate.

Users can connect the system directly to a PC or through a compatible MOZA wheelbase. MOZA also says third-party passive pedal sets can potentially use PHF through a direct PC connection, although users need to create their own mounting solution.

The system should not be confused with an active pedal such as the mBooster. PHF generates tactile vibration feedback but does not actively change pedal resistance or travel.

MOZA currently lists mid-September 2026 as the estimated dispatch window for the PHF hardware.

MOZA is also demonstrating its Racing Lab AI Coach, although the technology itself is not a new Gamescom reveal. It originally debuted at GDC in March and has since been integrated into MOZA Pit House.

Racing Lab uses a reinforcement-learning AI model to create reference driving data for specific car and circuit combinations. Drivers can compare their steering, braking, throttle, gear selection and racing line against those AI references in real time or analyse recorded telemetry after a session.

Its most unusual capability is hardware integration. The AI can directly command a compatible MOZA wheelbase, physically moving the steering system to demonstrate reference steering inputs. With mBooster active pedals, the system can also physically reproduce pedal inputs.

MOZA currently supports Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa Competizione, initially with ten tracks and ten vehicles for each title. Racing Lab requires MOZA hardware, and third-party pedals are not currently supported by the documented AI Driving system.

AI Driving is designed exclusively for personal training and demonstrations. MOZA disables the function when Racing Lab detects that the user has connected to a multiplayer server.

The HMA150 Haptic Motion System is also part of MOZA’s Gamescom ecosystem, although it was commercially launched in July rather than being a new product announcement at the show.

The four-actuator system provides 3DOF movement across pitch, roll and heave, with each actuator offering 150 mm of maximum stroke. MOZA quotes speeds of up to 300 mm/s, acceleration above 1G under specified loads and vibration frequencies extending to 200 Hz.

Its companion AI Motion technology is intended to provide feedback in supported games without native telemetry. Instead of receiving conventional vehicle data, the system analyses the game’s visual and audio output locally and translates recognized events into motion and vibration effects.

AI Motion currently requires Windows 10 or 11 and at least an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 with 8 GB of VRAM, alongside driver version 572.60 or newer. AMD graphics cards and Intel integrated or discrete GPUs are not currently supported for the AI Motion feature.

The HMA150 four-actuator system is already commercially available at €3,199, making it a very different proposition from products such as PHF but demonstrating the breadth of MOZA’s current simulation ecosystem.

What Remains Unconfirmed?

Several important details are still missing despite the hardware now being publicly displayed at Gamescom.

  • MOZA has not announced final pricing or commercial release dates for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, Ford Mustang GTD or either Mercedes-Benz steering wheel. The new MotoGP handlebar also lacks confirmed pricing and availability.
  • Complete platform compatibility remains another major unanswered question. MOZA’s partnership with the Gran Turismo World Series does not make these products PlayStation-compatible, and PS5 support should not be assumed unless MOZA or Sony specifically confirms it for an individual device.
  • The same applies to Xbox. MOZA already sells Xbox-compatible products, but authentication depends on the individual hardware configuration, so Ford, Porsche or Mercedes-Benz branding alone does not establish Xbox compatibility.
  • For the MotoGP hardware, MOZA has now confirmed compatibility with its current wheelbases and several PC games, but has not announced console compatibility or a dedicated force-feedback specification.

With Gamescom continuing until August 30, further specifications, pricing and availability details may still emerge. For now, the major change is that MOZA’s Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Ford projects are no longer simply teasers, while the MotoGP and PHF systems now have substantially more official technical information available.
