MOZA’s European store is now listing the R16 Ultra Direct Drive wheelbase with estimated dispatch in mid-September 2026, giving European buyers a clearer availability window for the company’s latest 16 Nm base.
The MOZA R16 Ultra is currently priced at €549 in Europe. MOZA does not specify an exact shipping day, and the mid-September estimate should be treated as a current store availability window rather than a newly announced release date.
The R16 Ultra delivers 16 Nm of sustained Direct Drive torque and introduces a new high-density flat-wire motor designed to provide lower cogging and smoother force feedback than the previous R16 generation. It also uses a 21-bit magnetic encoder with 2,097,152 positions, a 600 MHz processor and MOZA’s NexGen Force Feedback Algorithm U1. The aluminium housing measures 206 × 140 × 135 mm and supports bottom, front and side mounting.
MOZA has also added dual RGB light strips capable of displaying telemetry-related effects, while dedicated ports allow compatible pedals, dashboards, shifters, handbrakes and an emergency stop switch to connect directly to the wheelbase.
The R16 Ultra is officially supported on PC and can also be used on Xbox when paired with the licensed MOZA ESX Steering Wheel. PlayStation compatibility is not currently listed.
Availability varies by region. While the European store currently estimates dispatch for mid-September 2026, MOZA’s US store already lists the R16 Ultra at $529 with dispatch within three business days.
European buyers interested in the new wheelbase can check the latest pricing and availability through the official MOZA R16 Ultra product page.
