We continue with news published in the forums, where again Greg West has made a super important and striking post for all iRacing users, and is that the most popular series of Road, the GT3, will have a new Fixed format.
This series will run with the same cars as the Open series and will be B license. Its duration will be 20 minutes without pit stops and will be run every two hours, 1 hour after the Open series, so GT3 lovers will be able to run the Open series and the Fixed series, as they will share the same calendar.
On the other hand, the schedules of the Ferrari Challenge will also change, in case the short race lovers want to race both the Ferrari Fixed and GT3 Fixed in a row.
Little by little we are seeing more and more short series and Fixed setups in iRacing, something that I see positive for people who don’t have a lot of time to run such long races or who prefer to have shorter and more frenetic experiences in larger quantities.
