We continue with the expansion of accessories in the SimRacing market with a new steering wheel by Leo Evans and his product brand Leoxz.
Following the success of the Leoxz XF1 steering wheel, previously discussed here on the website due to its features accompanied by a reduced price compared to what is usually seen out there, the founder of the brand has launched his new Leoxz XGT Pro steering wheel for simulating Formula or GT driving to perfection. Below are the specifications.
Leoxz XGT Pro Features:
- 295mm polyurethane grip, produced with high-precision molds, featuring a special coating on its surface, and its delicate texture caters to various driving needs.
- The rear cover and paddles are processed using CNC technology and coated with black anodizing for optimal appearance and lasting durability.
- The front panel and paddles are made of 4mm 3K carbon fiber with a high-end textured coating.
- 9+14+4 customizable RGB LEDs via SimHub.
- 0.96-inch IPS display with a resolution of 160×80 pixels and a 60 fps refresh rate. The dashboard can be customized through SimHub.
- 14 RGB buttons with a 500g actuation force, 2 multidirectional joysticks with integrated encoders, and 4 push-button encoders, 2 thumb knobs.
- Comes with standard magnetic shift paddles, and additional clutch paddles are available as an option.
- Clutch paddles can be configured in bite point mode or axis mode.
- All paddles use non-contact Hall sensors for extra durability.
- 70mm diameter QR mounting hole.
- Can be connected to the Leoxz Fanatec QR via the QR cable interface to unlock Fanatec base torque.

Additional Information:
- The steering wheel can only be used in simulation.
- For USB power input, the maximum voltage is 5V. For QR power input, the maximum voltage is 12V. Exceeding these maximum voltage limits may result in damage to the steering wheel.
- The free version of SimHub only outputs data at 10 fps; you need to purchase an additional license for 60 fps.
- The SimHub dashboard is effective only when connected via USB. When using a 2.4G wireless connection, only the integrated gear and speed display are available.
- When using the wireless functionality of the steering wheel, it is recommended to place the wireless receiver approximately 1 meter or closer to the wheel. Otherwise, it may result in decreased wireless speed.
- For bases that may have noticeable electromagnetic interference issues, such as Fanatec DD1/2, the optimal option is to connect the wheel using a powered USB hub, along with a USB isolator. Additionally, it is recommended to ensure the DD1/2 has an additional grounding cable (https://fanatec.com/us-en/faq/details/id/72).
