Raceroom has now available its latest track. Assen is on sale in the store for €4.98.
Known as the “Cathedral of Speed” in the Netherlands, the venue was first used as a road circuit for motorcycle racing in 1926. It was later remodeled into a shorter permanent circuit, retaining only the finish line section of its original layout. The layout has been refined over the years, and Assen’s combination of flat turns and tight corners make it a real challenge.
The Assen TT Circuit is a track built in 1955 and located in the Netherlands. Home of the Dutch TT, fans of this sport popularly call it “The Cathedral” of motorcycling.
It holds the record of being the only circuit to have hosted a motorcycle Grand Prix every year since the creation of the series in 1949. It has a capacity of 110,000 spectators, of which 60,000 are seats. Since 1992, the circuit has also been part of the World Superbike Championship calendar.
See you on the track!
