Rennsport is in its final stage to the launch date, and a huge maintenance downtime has been announced. From November 3rd to 10th, the online services will be unavailable.
With the official launch of RENNSPORT on November 13 fast approaching, the full scope of preparations across our internal systems is becoming clearer by the day. As always, our goal is to minimize downtime and maintenance windows, ensuring that any interruptions to the live game only happen when absolutely necessary.
During our initial planning phase, we shared our intention to release a “limited free-to-enter version” ahead of launch. However, as our updated system requirements became clearer, we’ve had to adjust our approach to make sure everything is ready for a smooth and stable release.
To ensure the best possible experience at launch, RENNSPORT will enter a planned maintenance period (“blackout”) from:
- Start: November 3rd, 10am CET
- End: November 10th, 10am CET
During this time, the game will be temporarily inaccessible, and log-in functionality will be disabled while we perform essential backend upgrades to prepare for the big day on November 13.
What does this mean?
Between November 3rd, 10am CET, and November 10th, 10am CET, players will not be able to access RENNSPORT as we carry out crucial backend maintenance and stability improvements in preparation for launch.
What about the “limited free-to-enter version” after launch?
Those plans remain unchanged.
>Following the launch, players will still be able to experience RENNSPORT for free by racing the BMW M2 CS Racing on our Founder’s Track – no Base or Deluxe Edition purchase required.
