Rennsport continues to add fictional content to its final stage. In a couple of weeks, we will be able to see if the title has enough substance to make a lasting impression on the players’ hearts.
From November 13, 2025, situated on a tropical island somewhere off the grid, the RENNSPORT R will stand proud (and very orange), marking the biggest milestone RENNSPORT has been working towards – Official Launch.
And it all started with one question:
“We record so much history of nearly everything within the game – but how do we track the history of the game itself?”
The first ideas popped up and were discussed over the course of multiple weeks. Ranging from very tame and conservative systems to the craziest magical fantasy storylines one could think of, the possibilities were endless.
After much back and forth, it was time to take a step back to look at what RENNSPORT really is – a racing simulation. A game in which players can experience the thrill of realistic racing, with the most challenging cars on legendary tracks.
The answer became clear quickly. We need a track. Our own track. One with which we can do whatever we want. One through which we can immortalise our fondest memories of RENNSPORT’s history. One on which we can honor our community. And perhaps even one we could use as our internal development and testing track.
With this, some concrete, proper ideas were born. No one knows anymore when and how we decided that it would be on an island, but here we are – and we love it.
We saw the potential that our logo held, with the outlines forming a very interesting looking pathway. Perfect to experiment with.
And so, the first concept art was developed and, through multiple iterations, refined by our artists.
Balancing our resources between all the tracks we wanted to develop before launch was a tricky task, so progress on this tropical island in the beginning was slow. Coupled with the efforts of simultaneously porting RENNSPORT to console, it seemed like a near impossible task, but we pushed through, driven by the goal of having the track playable by launch.
And we made it just in time.
The first public version of the Founder’s Track will be playable from launch on, allowing you to experience the beginning stages of something that is going to develop into a history-rich landscape over time.
Engraved around the track are the names of all who supported us early on through our Founder’s Packs. Are you a part of that? Let’s see how long it takes you to find your name!

In almost exactly 2 weeks from now, on the 13th of November, RENNSPORT, along with the Founder’s Track, will officially be released on all supported platforms.
