Rennsport: Taking Force Feedback to the Next Level

It’s the force feedback that bridges the gap between the virtual and real-world driving experience, allowing players to feel every bump, curve, and change in road surface.

Rennsport, with its latest update version 1.8.5, the new cars LMDh /GTP/Hypercar takes this realism to new heights with its the force feedback sensations.

From the moment you grip the virtual steering wheel, you can feel the weight of the car as it reacts to your inputs.

Every turn of the wheel, every bump in the road, is communicated with precision through the force feedback mechanism. Whether you’re navigating a tight corner or pushing the car to its limits on a straightaway, the force feedback provides a wealth of information about the car’s behavior and handling characteristics.

With high-end peripherals like the a Direct Drive Wheel, the sensation is even more pronounced, allowing players to truly immerse themselves in the driving experience.

The realism of Rennsport’s force feedback extends beyond just the feel of the steering wheel. It’s also evident in the way the car reacts to different road surfaces, weather conditions, and driving dynamics.

From the rumble of the engine to the jolt of the brakes, every aspect of the driving experience is faithfully reproduced, making Rennsport feel more like a real-world racing simulator than ever before.

As Rennsport continues to push the boundaries of realism and immersion, the future of sim racing looks brighter than ever.

  • So, basically the same as existing SIMs with high quality laser scanned tracks and direct drive wheel support?
What exactly does it do differently to take force feedback "to the next level"?
    Seems like marketing faff.
