Sabelt Dives into Sim Racing Scene

One of the Italian companies associated with the motorsport world has recognized a business opportunity in simRacing and is gearing up to make its entry with some of the products derived from those they manufacture for high-level competitions.

Italian company Sabelt, renowned for its seats and restraints, is making its debut in the simRacing world by offering several categories of complete cockpits.

  • P Series, featuring the SRP-1 and the P99
  • S Series, featuring the SRS-1 and the S99
  • X Series, featuring the SRX-1 and the X99

However, their focus isn’t solely on cockpits and seats. We already have a glimpse of what their steering wheels will look like. This initial model (SW1-R) appears to still feature a wired connection, yet it’s likely that they are already in discussions with companies to integrate all the electronics through the steering axis.

At this stage, we lack pricing and availability details for any of these products. For further information, you can visit their website.
