Finnish high-end hardware brand Simucube has taken another bold step in its innovation battle with the release of the Simucube Co-Pedal, the first-ever dual pedal.
Today, Simucube introduces a new 2-in-1 passive pedal, called Simucube Co-Pedal, which can be modified into throttle or clutch with our Arc technology. It’s crafted with a new design, and it’s inspired by motorsport drive-by-wire systems.
“Two things set Simucube Co-Pedal apart from other passive pedals. First is that we are selling this one as 2-in-1 option. Arc technology makes it possible to buy one pedal, and with accessories to get another one – throttle and clutch. And the second one is the use of precise hall angle sensor instead of load cell pressure sensor for the pedal.”

What is Arc technology?
A patent pending modular system that physically transforms the pedal’s function with Arc profile.
Throttle configuration
The linear Arc profile provides smooth, progressive throttle control.
- Progressive spring tension curve
- Smooth linear response
- Adjustable travel distance
Clutch configuration
The engagement Arc profile delivers authentic clutch feel with an S-shape curve to feel the clutch point.
- Realistic engagement point
- Heavy-duty spring system
- Professional-grade durability
Simucube Co-Pedal is meant to be combined with ActivePedal
The new Simucube Co-Pedal needs at least one ActivePedal (Pro or Ultimate) to work. It’s connected to ActivePedal EXT port 1 or 2.
With Simucube Co-Pedal, it is possible to get a full Simucube setup featuring Simucube’s first-ever clutch.
“The Co-Pedal is the perfect companion if you already have an ActivePedal for using as a brake. And for example, you have a Simucube Throttle and you wanna go full Simucube setup, now everything fits together. Simucube Co-Pedal can match perfectly the angle and position of Simucube ActivePedal Pro and Ultimate. And, this is what people have been asking for a long time: Simucube clutch, where everything just works out of the box.”
– Thomas Richter, Program Manager at Simucube
