You can say many things of this piece of hardware, but the scalability that these pedals have, is hardly matched by products in the industry. From customization to disconnect the clutch, move positions, inverse kit, colored keys and now comes this Heel Rest for getting an extra of comfort. All designed based on the primary product and without changing or modifying the current version.
The heel rest kit sells for 121 euros and consists of four small pieces in their characteristic anodized finish that looks so good. Several of the pieces are designed to acomodate the main support, with two possible inclinations (depending on GT or Formula models and your preferences) and with their corresponding screws and washers for installation. Attached are some simple instructions for assembly.
Installation is very straightforward, and in just a few minutes you will have this heel rest installed that will allow you to rest comfortable your feet without having to press on the pedals, which helps reduce lower limb fatigue on long sessions.
The product does its job and delivers what it promises, which is to reduce fatigue. This is the first pedal set I’ve seen that incorporates something similar. I have seen other approaches intended for the same purpose, but different and more complex. Remember that it can be purchased from SimRacingPro along with other modifications.
