The last update for Assetto Corsa Rally is already available. The Alpine A110 and an icy and snowy track in the Italian mountains are the most notable additions.
The first major content drop for Assetto Corsa Rally Early Access has arrived. Update 0.2 expands the core driving experience significantly by introducing the most demanding environment yet: ice and snow conditions.
The Assetto Corsa Rally EA 0.2 is now available for download via Steam.
New Frontiers in Simulation: Ice, Snow, and Studded Tyres
The Assetto Corsa Rally physics engine continues its evolution with the introduction of all-new Snow Physics and support for Studded Tyres. Rally drivers must now adapt to a dedicated layer of technical challenge, where control and precision are pushed to their absolute limits under low-grip conditions.
To master this new discipline, players can immediately test their skills on the brand-new Ghiacciodromo Livigno Circuit. This unique, prepared ice and snow track is now available in Time Attack and Free Practice, providing the perfect high-altitude training ground before tackling twisty mountain roads in future snowy stages.
Drive the Legendary Alpine A110
Joining the garage of meticulously modelled cars is the iconic Alpine A110 Group 4. This classic lightweight champion is now ready to take on the new ice and snow environment, giving players a true taste of rally history. Furthermore, to enhance the experience across all vehicles, numerous fixes related to wheel offsets, rim textures, and suspension have been implemented.
Deeper Physics and Performance Improvements
The commitment to realism continues with key enhancements to the rally experience. Based on new field research and validation from professional rally drivers, the Gravel and Tarmac physics and tyre models have been improved across the board. The Force Feedback (FFB) system also sees several fixes and refinements, including better consistency and improved behaviour under braking.

In addition to the new snow environment audio, the entire sound mix has been refined, and engine/exhaust sounds for the Alpine A110 have been added.
More Events and Quality of Life
The Assetto Corsa Rally EA 0.2 introduces two new Events groups, providing players with a total of 25 AC Rally Events to compete in. Beyond content, the development team has focused heavily on quality-of-life improvements across the entire title. Significant work has gone into improving overall steering wheel support, increasing camera customization ranges, and fixing numerous UI issues and crashes. Online features see faster leaderboards downloads and improved login recovery mechanisms, ensuring a smoother competitive experience.
The Early Access journey continues: jump in now to master the ice and experience the next level of realistic rally simulation!
