On June 7, Polyphony Digital announced a collaboration between Xiaomi and Gran Turismo.
Xiaomi entered the electric vehicle market in 2021, launching production of its SU7 model in 2024. Its sportiest version, the SU7 Ultra, is capable of delivering around 1,500 horsepower.
This model set a record at the Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit for four-door electric vehicles, with a time of 6:46.874.
What’s Next for Xiaomi
Xiaomi’s next project will be the development of a “Vision Gran Turismo” car.
As part of the announced collaboration, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra will be coming to Gran Turismo 7 in an upcoming update.
