The Sony CES 2023 press conference just ended and it was full of news: they announced the creation of a car, several more movies and even the sending of people to space. But, oh yes, they also confirmed that the PlayStation VR2 will be released next month.
Sony’s CES 2023 Press Conference
During their 45 minute presentation, two important announcements were made. The first is that Gran Turismo 7 will be released for the PlayStation VR2 at launch. This significantly strengthens the launch list, adding another must-have title.
Gran Turismo 7 was released last year and received very positive reviews. Through a free update, PlayStation VR2 players will be able to experience the game in a completely new way. Unfortunately, not much gameplay of Gran Turismo 7 VR has been shown, considering how exciting that news is.
PlayStation VR2 Sense Technology Features
The PlayStation VR2 Sense technology includes standout features that provide unique gaming experiences, such as glasses feedback, eye tracking and 3D audio, as well as adaptive triggers and PS VR2 Sense controller haptic feedback. Together with compatible games, they will captivate the senses of players and offer a deep and incredible immersion sensation.
In addition, thanks to the tracking of the controllers in the glasses and the high fidelity graphics in 4000 x 2040 HDR video format (2000 x 2040 per eye), PS VR2 provides a true next-generation experience to players.
