Disable Nvidia Telemetry tracking on Windows

Software packages collect user information by default, either because we accept it when giving next or directly on the sly as part of other services we use. In the simulator field this has a major drawback, and that is that this data collection occurs regardless of what we are doing, such as in the middle of a multiplayer race.

Nvidia has a telemetry service that comes with all its drivers and that is worth uninstalling because it is easy to do, if we know how.

By opening a command window as administrator and executing the following instruction we will be able to cleanly uninstall Nvidia’s telemetry module.

rundll32 "C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Installer2\InstallerCore\NVI2.DLL",UninstallPackage NvTelemetryContainer

There is also a graphic tool that allows us to reactivate the services in case we need them again for any reason.

Windows 10 also has its telemetry services and although it may be less advisable to disable them, it is also possible without too much effort with some free access tools we have on the network.
